Nichole Priddy is the founder and President of Catalum Strategies and a seasoned leader with nearly 20 years in federal health and government consulting. She is the recipient of the 2024 Leading with Impact Award, which recognizes leadership and innovation in government consulting.

She got her start as a consultant supporting the Defense Health Agency, her first client and the place she cut her teeth in government contracting. That early experience set the tone for a career spent leading large portfolios and supporting complex programs across the Military and Veterans Health markets. 

Nichole has partnered with 8(a)s, small businesses, mid-tier firms, and Fortune 500 companies serving federal clients. She’s built and led teams, managed portfolios exceeding $100 million, and driven pipeline growth of the same scale. 

Her experience spans P&L management, pricing and rate strategy, bid and proposal development, capture management, and business operations — bringing a strong balance of strategy, execution, and financial insight to every engagement.
